Who We Are
LoanNEX came to market in 2016 at the same time the expanded credit market was re-emerging after the housing crisis. Since then, the purchase market has been returning steadily and is projected to account for about 65-70% of mortgage volume by 2020. That growth, coupled with the fact that 75% of new home purchasers are Millennials and Boomers, are driving changes in borrower needs, and those needs are not being served by Agency programs or today’s technologies.
The LoanNEX® platform is uniquely designed to match the profile of today’s borrowers, replacing the manual review of options with a decision engine that supports both credit and pricing requirements. We are the only B2B bi-directional platform that’s streamlining everything from discovery, to collaboration to loan delivery and our services are available to brokers, mortgage originators, underwriters, and secondary market personnel. Currently, LoanNEX represents 14 non-QM investors and over 250 mortgage banks and brokerage companies.
